Summer's here with great weather, and we know folks like to come and hike the day away, and return to a good meal and a comfortable bed, instead of the musty old family tent at a dark, buggy campground.  We hear you, and for July we've decided to set you up.  Stay outside the main inn in our Carriage house or Cottages anytime midweek or weekend, for one great rate of $169/do/per night including dinner and breakfast.  Prices do not include NH 9% room and meals tax, gratuities, incidentals and anything else added to your room bill during your stay with us.   **Fine print applies below

FINE PRINT:  Last minute getaway package deals are not to be combined with any other discount or reduced rate offers.  Rates only apply to reservations booked after the start dates of the promotions, 2010, and are not to be applied to existing reservations booked prior to the first of July.  Cancellations of existing reservations to re-book for the special rates will incur $100 cancellation fee for processing and there is no guarantee that the original room booked will be available during the promotion period. Reservations must be made within the times and dates started and cannot be extended or amended for other, non-promotion dates.
