All our rates are based on two guests per room. You have a choice of either our Bed & Breakfast rate or our Inclusive Rate.

The Bed & Breakfast rate includes a full Country Breakfast each morning of your stay and Afternoon Tea with Homemade Goodies.

The Inclusive Rate includes the full Country Breakfast each morning, Afternoon Tea with Homemade Goodies, plus our fabulous Three Course dinner in the dining room each evening of your stay.

The range of rates below reflects these two pricing options. These rates do not include cocktails, premium coffee drinks, tax or gratuities.

                                           ~ Reservation Cancellation Policies: ~

 In the event of cancellation, fifteen days notice is required for a refund of your deposit, minus a $20 per room cancellation fee. If a cancellation is received on or within fourteen days prior to your arrival, your deposit is held with us for a future stay within six months, less the cancellation fee of $50 when your future reservation is made. 

                                        

                                            ~Please take note that our cancellation policy does change during our peak seasons ~

The Inn's prime seasons, fall foliage and Christmas week, are traditionally high volume times, any and all cancellations affect us significantly. For peak season reservations, your deposit will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee if we receive notification of your cancellation no less than 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will have the deposit held, less the $100 cancellation fee, to apply for a future stay with us within six months.

For guests on our meal plan, we request reservations in our dining room prior to your arrival to ensure seating at your desired times. If you cannot make your dinner reservation either before your arrival or during your stay with us, please let us know at Guest Services PRIOR to your reservation time, and we can adjust your package less the dinner plan charges, and even suggest local eateries that are available to you. If you do not cancel your dinner reservations, and simply don't turn up, then we unfortunately cannot deduct the package charges from your room rate without advance notice. We appreciate your courtesy.
